Kanye West Allegedly Hired ‘Fixer’ to Investigate Kim Kardashian Family and ‘Tail’ Wife Bianca Censori

Kanye West, who now legally goes by Ye, is facing serious accusations in a newly filed lawsuit, including claims that he hired a “fixer” to investigate his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s family and a private investigator to “tail” his current wife, Bianca Censori, without her knowledge. According to PEOPLE, the lawsuit was filed by a former staffer of West’s in Los Angeles on October 7, 2024, and details allegations of emotional distress, retaliation, and labor code violations.

The anonymous plaintiff referred to as John Doe, alleges that West instructed him to investigate “the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking.” The complaint further claims that West, 47, directed the former employee to hire private investigators to follow Censori while she was visiting family in Australia.

John Doe, a Michigan-based former staffer at Yeezy, is seeking more than seven figures in punitive and compensatory damages, including unpaid wages. The lawsuit paints a troubling picture of West’s alleged actions, including laying off much of the leadership at Yeezy around the time he made bizarre decisions, like getting titanium teeth and consuming nitrous oxide. Doe speculates that these incidents contributed to West’s “erratic behavior.”

The plaintiff also details his role in managing West’s various issues, claiming he was tasked with investigating “items that were stolen or lost, prompting further investigations.” It was allegedly common for West to misplace expensive cars or fail to pay individuals for services.

The complaint becomes even more disturbing as it alleges that a Donda Academy employee informed Doe about abuse at the school, which was reportedly ignored. Ron Zambrano, Doe’s attorney, stated, “Ye has only himself to blame for his mounting legal woes… It’s not only illegal but unconscionable that an employer would threaten any employee with bodily harm or death.”

Doe has chosen to remain anonymous due to fears for his safety, with Zambrano emphasizing that his client is genuinely afraid of West’s “erratic, disturbing, and unpredictable behavior.” The lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal challenges for the controversial rapper.
