Britney Spears’ former husband, Sam Asghari, is reportedly forbidden from discussing the pop star on the reality show “The Traitors.” According to sources, Asghari, 30, has been instructed to refrain from mentioning anything about Spears, whether positive or negative, during his time on the show.
TMZ reported on June 7 that Asghari is “not allowed” to talk about his famous ex-wife while participating in the reality show filmed in Scotland. The publication stated, “Our sources say it’s clear Britney doesn’t want a peep out of Sam about her, period.”
Asghari, who filed for divorce from Spears in August 2023 after a year of marriage, had been a topic of much speculation regarding their tumultuous relationship. At the time of the split, a source exclusively told In Touch, “Britney wants out of her marriage. A divorce is in the works. Even though she’s pushed Sam to the brink with her erratic behavior, he would probably keep enduring it, but she’s adamant.”
“The Traitors,” hosted by Alan Cumming, is a reality TV show where celebrities and ordinary individuals engage in a scandalous murder mystery game.
