50 Cent is celebrating online after it appears Sean “Diddy” Combs is unlikely to receive a presidential pardon, following the current president’s latest remarks. The Candy Shop rapper took to Instagram to share his reaction, posting an AI-generated image of himself with Donald Trump.
Alongside the picture, he wrote, “Can you believe he thought he was getting pardoned?” and followed it with a direct message to Diddy: “No Sir, you are not. You said very nasty things. Yet, Trump being Trump, it could all change on a dime.”
50 Cent’s post was sparked by the president’s recent interview with Newsmax, where he was asked if he would consider pardoning the embattled music mogul. “Well, he was essentially, I guess, sort of half innocent. Probably I was very friendly with him,” the 79-year-old president responded.
He elaborated further, sharing that personal history complicates his decision: “But when I ran for office, he was very hostile, and it’s hard. So, I don’t know, it’s more difficult. It’s hard, you know? We’re human beings.”

Trump then added, “And we don’t like to have things cloud our judgment, right? But when you knew someone and you were fine, and then you run for office, and he made some terrible statements.”
The remarks suggest that personal feelings may influence the president’s stance on granting a pardon to the Bad Boy Records founder, who is currently facing serious legal troubles.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is awaiting sentencing later this year after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. With his bail denied, the 54-year-old music mogul could face up to 20 years behind bars.
50 Cent, known for his ongoing jabs at fellow celebrities, wasted no time using the opportunity to mock his longtime rival, making it clear that he’s keeping a close eye on Diddy’s legal downfall.
