Gisele Bündchen is embracing a new chapter of motherhood with joy and gratitude, three months after welcoming her baby boy with partner Joaquim Valente. In a new interview with Vogue France published on May 27, the supermodel shared how life has evolved since her son began sleeping through the night bringing some much-needed stability to her routine.
“Now that my little one is sleeping through the night, I’m back in control of my routine,” Gisele revealed. “As any new mom knows, it’s incredible how much sleep or lack of it can change everything!”
The 44-year-old, who is already mom to Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, with ex-husband Tom Brady, and stepmom to Jack, 17, Brady’s son with Bridget Moynahan, said that despite the sleepless nights and changes, she feels deeply fulfilled by motherhood.
“I feel truly grateful: being able to be home with my kids and enjoy every moment with them is priceless,” she said. Since giving birth in February, Gisele has taken a step back from public life to focus on her growing family. She’s been noticeably quiet on social media, choosing instead to savor the little moments in private.
In a rare post on May 11, she shared a touching message alongside a photo of her cradling her newborn. “I’ve been quiet over here but very busy living life…” she wrote. “Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren’t shared they’re simply lived.”
Though she has not yet revealed her son’s name, Gisele’s reflections offer a glimpse into her peaceful and grounded approach to parenting. With a renewed sense of balance now that her newborn is sleeping soundly, she’s taking full advantage of being present for her family.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel has long championed wellness, mindfulness, and a close connection to nature, values she now brings into her home life as a mother of four. As she relishes these early months with her son and family, it’s clear Gisele is finding joy in simplicity and the quiet beauty of motherhood.
