“Much Depends on Meghan’s Cookery Program” – Royal Expert Warns Meghan Markle and Prince Harry About Their Future

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have received a strong warning regarding their future and popularity from royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams. Speaking to the Mirror, Fitzwilliams emphasized that Meghan and Harry’s continued relevance or potential rise in popularity now hinges on crucial elements. “Nacho Figueras has been called the ‘David Beckham of polo’, is a friend of Harry’s, and will appear in Harry’s series on polo for Netflix. Yet this is an elitist sport and unlikely to draw a large number of viewers,” Fitzwilliams remarked.

He continued, “Harry has, of course, outstanding legal issues over security and with the press which he intends to pursue in Britain but this is surely not destined to be his main claim to fame in the future.”

Fitzwilliams also highlighted the importance of Meghan’s upcoming ventures. “Much depends on Meghan’s cookery program for Netflix and how well American Riviera Orchard, her lifestyle brand, actually does,” he stated. He further noted, “Meanwhile, it seems most unlikely that more awards will come Harry’s way anytime soon.”

These insights come in the wake of Prince Harry facing backlash for accepting the Pat Tillman Award. The couple, who relocated to California after stepping back from royal duties, have been navigating their new lives while engaging in various media and philanthropic endeavors.

The scrutiny surrounding their projects, particularly those tied to major streaming platforms like Netflix, underscores the high stakes for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they seek to carve out successful careers outside the royal sphere.

Meghan’s cookery program, which aims to capture audiences with a blend of culinary expertise and lifestyle content, is seen as a pivotal project for her. Meanwhile, Harry’s involvement in a Netflix series on polo, despite featuring a high-profile friend like Nacho Figueras, may not resonate with a broad audience due to the sport’s elitist nature.

Fitzwilliams’ comments reflect the broader public and media interest in how Meghan and Harry will maintain their public profiles and leverage their platforms moving forward. With various legal battles and high-profile ventures in play, the couple’s next moves will be closely watched by both supporters and critics.
