Concerns about a new assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump have surfaced, allegedly tied to his vow to disclose classified files on the assassination of John F. Kennedy and information about UFOs. Ufologist and filmmaker Mark Christopher Lee recently raised these concerns, suggesting that Trump and American politician Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could both be at risk. Lee also revisited long-standing conspiracy theories surrounding JFK’s assassination and the possible involvement of a “deep state.”
According to Radar Online, Lee speculated, “I’m pretty sure that since RFK Jr backed Trump’s Presidential campaign, he has been putting pressure on the former President to release the truth about UFOs to the American public.” He went on to link this pressure to a theory about JFK’s assassination, suggesting that Kennedy’s knowledge of the government’s involvement in UFO cover-ups might have played a role in his murder.
Lee added, “Some also suggest that JFK also divulged these secrets to his lover [and] film star Marilyn Monroe and that she was also killed to keep it secret. Monroe was due to give a press conference just a few days after her death. I believe that RFK Jr knows these links.” Lee also pointed out RFK Jr.’s curious silence on the subject of UFOs, noting that the politician had started his presidential campaign by discussing UFO disclosure but had since backed off.
“He began his presidential campaign talking about UFO disclosure but then he suddenly stopped talking about it as if he was warned off,” Lee observed. However, with RFK Jr. now aligned with Trump, Lee believes that he might feel “confident to push his attacks on the Deep State cover-up.”
Concerns over Trump’s safety are not new. Lee suggested that a previous assassination attempt on Trump during a July event in Pennsylvania was connected to his promise to release sensitive documents. Trump reportedly escaped the incident with only a grazed ear. Lee claimed this attempt was aimed at stopping Trump from revealing classified information.
JFK’s assassination has fueled countless conspiracy theories since that tragic day on November 22, 1963. While leading an open-top motorcade in Dallas, JFK was shot twice, once in the head and once in the neck. The Warren Commission concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in the assassination. However, theories have persisted, with many suspecting CIA involvement despite the official findings.
RFK Jr. himself has expressed doubts about the official story. In a previous conversation with People, he stated, “They should just release the records. It’s been 58 years…” His remarks added weight to the growing calls for transparency regarding the assassination.
In 2021, CNN reported that thousands of documents related to JFK’s assassination were still withheld from the public. Though many of these records were released by the National Archives in December 2022, a substantial amount remains classified. The release had been delayed by President Joe Biden, citing the pandemic, before finally being issued.
