“But, the reality is that we need to focus more on the reality of what is in front of Donald Trump right now, this prospect of prosecution, and less on the ways he might avoid it,” she emphasized. Vance cautioned against falling into the narrative trap that Trump always emerges victorious from legal battles. “Guess what? Trump is not winning in a federal courtroom in Washington, D.C. Instead, a judge is treating him fairly,” she asserted.
