Pax, the son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, is reportedly on the mend following a severe e-bike accident that landed him in the ICU. According to a recent report by People Magazine, the young man is “doing OK” after being released from intensive care, though his recovery is ongoing.

An insider shared with the publication, “It’s been a few weeks since the accident, but he’s still recovering and receiving treatments.” The source added, “He’s uncomfortable and will need further treatments. Still, he was very lucky.” This update highlights the seriousness of the incident while also expressing relief at Pax’s progress.

The accident left Angelina Jolie deeply concerned. The source noted that the 49-year-old actress “was shocked and worried when she got the call about the accident,” underscoring the emotional toll it took on her. Jolie’s other children have been stepping up to support their brother during this difficult time, showing a strong family bond.

In addition to dealing with Pax’s recovery, Jolie is also managing a hectic professional and personal schedule, which has added to her stress. An insider revealed to In Touch Weekly that Angelina is “stressed” due to her numerous commitments, particularly her focus on making her upcoming movie, Maria, an Oscar-worthy project. “She’s in meetings morning, noon, and night. The moment she wakes up until her head hits the pillow she’s all systems go,” the source explained.

Despite her busy schedule, Jolie is committed to being there for Pax during his recovery. The insider emphasized that she’s taken a hands-on approach to his care. “Having an injured son to take care of has only added to her schedule because, to her credit, she’s not relying on a big staff of medical people,” the source said. “She’s doing a lot of the hands-on stuff herself because as his mother she wants to be as involved as possible.”

Angelina Jolie’s dedication to her son’s recovery, alongside her professional ambitions, showcases her resilience and deep commitment to her family. As Pax continues to recover, the family remains hopeful and united in support.
