Judge Orders Cassie to Surrender Memoir as Diddy Battles Abuse Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs, currently facing a storm of legal battles ranging from racketeering to sex trafficking, has secured a limited courtroom win in his ongoing case against ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

According to AllHipHop, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that Combs’ legal team is entitled to access Ventura’s unpublished memoir, which she previously submitted to the government.
